We are a Public School Board of Education. The Board meets once per month. We attempt to "finalize/publish" each agenda 72 hours prior to the meeting, however this does not give the board members ample time to review all the agenda items and attachments prior to the meeting. Many times we are making modifications to the agenda up to the day of the meeting. If Board Members has the opportunity to view a future agenda and attachments in read only mode prior to the "finalize" agenda step, we would find it helpful. Each month we view the agenda as a living document, populating it with items almost daily. This assumes that the read only function would be available to only Board Members.
