Typically with school district board agendas, the corresponding month in each year has very similar agendas. Currently, we cannot use the previous year's standing agenda items in the current year, e.g. December 2015 to December 2016. The standing items come from the previous month only. Thus, you are forced to rewrite the majority of the agenda. It would be GREAT to have the second option of using the previous year's agenda for the same month. What a time-saver!

I definitely see how this could be beneficial. I think to allow this to have the widest benefit we would not limit it to the previous year. Instead, you would have the ability to import any previous agenda into the one you are creating.
