Add the Ability to Clone a Previous Meeting Agenda into a new Agenda

Allow organizers to choose an option that clones a previous meeting agenda and use that as a starting point when creating a new meeting.

This would likely be modified to add the ability to clone a previous meeting agenda into a template.

Typically with school district board agendas, the corresponding month in each year has very similar agendas. Currently, we cannot use the previous year's standing agenda items in the current year, e.g. December 2015 to December 2016. The standing ...
