We should be able to make multiple users have administrative powers for the account and make those users able to be added to meeting groups for participation. Administrator should be a role and not an account type.

When you add a user to a meeting group you shouldn't be required to show them in meeting attendance. For example we have a secretary who should have access to the meeting group but not show up in the meeting attendance.
